Integration overview
OfficeRnD’s integration with Salto KS lets you completely automate the door access control in your flexible workspace. Enabling the integration will allow you to:
- Automatically sync members’ information between OfficeRnD and Salto.
- Automatically sync the members’ access to pre-configured groups based on:
- Membership / Contract type.
- Office (Resource) assignment.
- Bookings (15 mins before the booking)
- Automatically ‘check-in‘ members.
- Check the ‘connected’ group directly in the OfficeRnD members’ profile.
- Enable Member Mobile Access to use Branded OfficeRnD Apps to open Salto KS doors.
What is Salto KS?
SALTO Keys as a Service (SALTO KS) is an access control management system that requires no software installation or the added expense of a fully wired electronic product. All that is needed is an online device with an internet connection.
SALTO KS provides a smart access control solution for businesses, to define who goes where and when in a building. It is perfect for coworking and shared spaces, to grant designated access to members, staff, or even delivery or cleaning services whenever it’s appropriate for them to enter.
